Ritchie Bros. Morris, Illinois, Auction Attracts Thousands

More than 2,300 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’ multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Chicago, Ill., on May 30.

Bidders came from 43 countries, including 48 U.S. states. More than 62 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as Germany, Egypt, India, Peru and Vietnam. Online bidders purchased more than 45 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).
